NEPA Comments

On October 11th, 2011 the public comment period came to a close for the BLM's Draft Environmental Impact Statement.

The tribal attorneys submitted this cover letter to the BLM in conjunction with a full report on the tribes objections to the DEIS, created by Grassetti Environmental Consulting.
